Quick and efficient experience
First time patient. Receptionist, Dental Assistant, Dr. Srinivas Desaneedi were all very nice. They seemed caring about my Dental needs & made me feel they would do what they could to help me. I have more proceedures coming up, so I'll be able to give a more detailed review in the future. But so far they have instilled confidence in me that they are sincerely concerned about my Dental health. And I didn't get that feeling from 2 dentists I previously visited. I have a dental emergency and when I called they got me in the next day. Couldn't ask for more at this time.
The hygienist and Dr. McMorrow were excellent! They were very good explaining everything to me! They were very sincere and caring!! Dr. McMorrow will be really missed when he retires!

Had a absolutely wonderful experience with this dental office so good that I am now switching permanently to them fixed my temporary denture to the point where I can actually wear it without being in pain I brought it to the other place where they actually made it couldn’t even get it to not b painful!!thank you thank you thank you Norton Dental As long as I live in this area I will be coming to this office
The dentist and the assistant were fantastic! The assistant keep talking to me so I didn't get nervous about the extraction about to happen. The dentist took my molar with a minimal amount a pain. The follow up instructions are great!
Extremely satisfied with my dental experience on Friday. The hygienist was excellent. She spent a lot of time explaining to me my options with a “problem” tooth and will spend additional time checking my insurance coverage.

Dr McMorrow was able to see me on very short notice recently leading up to the holiday. He identified the problem and he and his assistant thoroughly explained it and what my options were.
My son was nervous but Dr. McMorrow and the hygienist (I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name) were awesome!!!

Dr McMorrow and his assistant Paysley are really great !!! I had bad experiences in the past with Dentists where I'm actually shaking and sweating They explained to me in detail of my further options my future plan and so many other things that made me feel at ease I was afraid of the bad news I am thought I was going to get it and he fixed my teeth so well they look the best that they have in years and years. I cannot say enough good things about choosing Norton Dental

Dr McMorrow is great. I'm a long time patient. He always makes you feel comfortable and he is very good at what he does.
1st time in 4 decades went to a dentist. Before I selected one I researched a number of local dental offices. Norton dental came out on time. My first visit went smooth, they pointed the issues help me prioritize and select options. Just as important they showed a great level of flexibility in working out cost and payment options. Being retired and on a fixed income I could not move forward without this consideration. My wife who has a dentist after my visit plans to chsnge to them.

In the 31 years that I have been going to this location for my dental work, Dr. D and his staff are the 3rd regime that I have had the pleasure to deal with. They are all pleasant and professional and the work that I have received is second to none. I had within the last 10 years, gone into Boston for some implant work, but after using Dr. D on my most recent implant, I now find that I will never have to go back into Boston for implant work. He did a really great job on my most recent implant; a front tooth. It looks and feels great and I will use Dr. D for all of my dental work going forward.
Every single staff member has made me feel BEYOND comfortable.. like we have been friends for years. Its cozy, welcoming and the staff is exceptional. Dr.D is very kind and gentle. I highly recommend!
Although I was apprehensive and nervous, Dr. McMorrow and his dental assistant Paisley put those anxieties to rest. My procedure went smoothly under the competent hands of Doctor McMorrow and I am very pleased with the result and thank both Doc and Paisley for their patience and understanding.

The last visit was to place my new tooth on my implant. It is very good to have the space filled with a tooth that fits and feels very good.
I always have such a pleasant visit. The staff there are wonderful. And my visits are always seamless. This is the only dentist I actually look forward to going to. Highly recommend!
